Inspired by the academic legacy of Nalanda and Vikramshila, the university is envisioned as a multidisciplinary institution that combines modern education with India's rich knowledge traditions. The institution will focus on STEM disciplines, vocational education, Ayurveda, Yoga, organic agriculture, digital literacy, and emerging future-ready domains.

As the flagship initiative of STPR Foundation Trust, the proposed university at Dhansoi Village, Rajpur Block, Buxar District, Bihar, represents a transformative step towards expanding access to quality higher education in the region.

Aligned with NEP 2020 and the vision of Viksit Bihar – Viksit Bharat 2047, the proposed university seeks to become a centre of knowledge, innovation, and social transformation, nurturing future-ready leaders and driving inclusive regional development.
